Our town’s motto – "Horses, History, Hospitality" – is the foundation of our identity at Hotel Thoroughbred. We are not simply located in Bourbon County; we are a proud reflection of it. Our passion is to celebrate the unparalleled history and heritage of the region's renowned thoroughbred industry, bringing to life the legends of the track and the quiet dignity of the farms.
Our home is the historic 1891 Hinton Building, a landmark on Main Street, across from Secretariat Park. Inside its walls, you'll find a seamless blend of historic architecture, equestrian art and modern luxury across 19 meticulously designed guest rooms and a sophisticated event center.
